· Kulturna Očekivanja: Različite kulture postavljaju različite standarde i očekivanja prema roditeljstvu, što može izazvati stres i konflikte u prilagođavanju roditelja.

Aleksandar Milovanović rođen je 1999. u Kruševcu. Osnovne akademske studije psihologije završava 2022. a master akademske studije psihologije završava 2023. sa prosečnom ocenom 10.00 i stiče stručni naziv master psiholog. Ima završen uvodni kurs iz konstruktivističke psihoterapije, sertifikat dodeljen od strane Udruženja konstruktivista Srbije, 2021. godine. Tatjana Stefanović Stanojević, psiholog razvojne orijentacije i istraživač u oblasti teorije privrženosti, rođena je 1963. godine u Nišu. Doktorat psiholoških nauka stekla je 2002. godine na Odeljenju za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Beogradu, sa temom: Bliske parnerske veze u svetlu teorije afektivnog vezivanja.
Tatjana Stefanović Stanojević radi na Departmanu za psihologiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Nišu, a od 2002. do 2015. godine radila je i na Filozofskom fakultetu u Banjoj Luci. U zvanje redovnog profesora izabrana je aprila 2014. godine. Na Departmanu za psihologiju u Nišu drži kurseve: Teorije kognitivnog razvoja, Teorije emocionalnog razvoja, Istraživanja u razvojnoj psihologiji, Psihologija partnerskih veza, Trauma iz ugla teorije afektivne vezanosti.
Autor je monografija: Emocionalni razvoj ličnosti, (2005), Rano iskustvo i ljubavne veze, (2007), Afektivna vezanost, razvoj, modaliteti i procena (2010), Kada kažemo ljubav, da li mislimo ljubav, (2012). Afektivna vezanost i porodični odnosi: razvoj i značaj, (koautor, 2012), Strah je najgore mesto: studija o ranoj traumi iz ugla teorije afektivne vezanosti (koautor, 2018). Ljubav ili TriP (2020). Autor je velikog broja radova iz oblasti teorije privrženosti, štampanih u naučnim časopisima i zbornicima.
Tatjana Stefanović Stanojević od 2013. godine je na projektu Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja: Odnosi na poslu i u porodici (149002), rukovodilac projekta: prof dr Vladimir Hedrih, a do 2016. godine bila je i na projektu: Trauma, trust, memory (Social Trauma and Reconciliation in Psychoanalysis, Psychotherapy, and Cultural Memory), rukovodilac projekta: prof. Andreas Hamburger.
Tatjana Stefanović Stanojević osnivač je Udruženja za proučavanje, procenjivanje i primenjivanje teorije afektivne vezanosti: Sigurna baza. Takođe, od 2014. godine predsednica je Sekcije za psihologiju bliskih odnosa pri Društvu psihologa Srbije, kao I članica Izvršnog odbora Društva psihologa Srbije.
Takođe, Tatjana Stefanović Stanojević nosilac je sertifikata Evropske Interdisciplinarne Asocijacije (EIA) za psihoterapiju dece i mladih. Ovim sertifikatom priznate su joj ingerencije za psihoterapiju, edukaciju i superviziju u oblasti integrativne psihoterapije dece i adolescenata širom Evrope.
Pri Republičkom zavodu za socijalni rad 2015. godine akreditovala je tri seminara za usavršavanje profesionalaca u socijalnom radu (Dete sa traumom, od prepoznavanja do pomoći, Procena afektivne vezanosti dece nakon jaslenog uzrasta, Partnerske i bračne veze: opstanak,). Do sada je održano stotinak seminara.

She is a full professor at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Philosophy in Ni, and from 2002 to 2015 she was also employed at the Faculty of Philosophy of Banja Luka. At the Psychology Department in Nis she teaches the following courses: Theories of Cognitive Development, Theories of Emotional Development, Research in Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Partner Relationships, Trauma from the Perspective of Affective Attachment Theory.
She is the author of the following monographs: The Emotional Development of Personality (2005), Early Childhood Experience and Romantic Relationships (2007), Affective Attachment, Development, Modalities, and Assessment (2010), When We Say Love, Do We Mean Love (2012), Affective Attachment and Family Relationships: Development and Importance (co-authored, 2012), Fear Is the Worst Place to Be: A Study of Early Childhood Trauma from the Perspective of Affective Attachment Theory (co-authored, 2018).
In addition, she is the author of numerous works in the field of attachment theory, published in scientific journals and proceedings, as well as being one of the founding members of the Association for the study, assessment, and application of affective attachment theory: Safe Haven. She is an expert in the field of childhood trauma and is a KBT psychotherapist. Furthermore, as an expert in the field of attachment theory, she has organized numerous training sessions all over the region and possesses expertise in numerous therapeutic and diagnostic techniques in this field.
Also, The European Interdisciplinary Association For Therapeutic Services For Children And Young People Confirms that Tatjana Stefanovic Stanojevic, has completed Training In Integrative Psychotherapy For Children And Adolescent, In Accordance With The Regulations Of The EIATSCYP - Ken Evans.
